News 'Genexol' Awarded IR52 Jang Young-Shil Prize 4568 On Sept. 3, Samyang Genex was awarded the IR52 Jang Young-Shil prize for the development of Genexol at an award ceremony held on the 11th floor hall of the Maeil Business newspaper. In the presence of close to 200 participants including Jeong-Wook Seo, Minister of Science and Technology, Kyoung-Chol Jang, Vice-President of Industrial Technology Promotion Associate and Dae-Hwan Chang, President of the Maeil Business newspaper. The IR52 Jang Young-Shil prize, the most prestigious award in the area of domestic industrial technology, is given to the inventors of outstanding and innovative technical products. A total of five winners were awarded including Hyun-Soo Lee, Vice President; Seung-Seo Hong, Chief Researcher; and Ho-Joon Choi, a senior researcher. Genexol is the prize winner for the 40th week of this year.
